Treatment with FCM was associated with a strong trend towards an increase in eGFR at week 4 and 12, and a significant increase at week 24 with the following treatment effects: at week 4, 2.11 ± 1.21 ( P = 0.082); at week 12, 2.41 ± 1.33 ( P = 0.070); and at week 24, 2.98 ± 1.44 mL/min/1.73 m 2 ( P = 0.039) ( Figure 1 ).
