There was a decreasing trend in the oldest (postscreening) age group of 75–84 years, which deviated in Turku from Helsinki, and was similar to that found for the rest of the country (See Figure 1 ).

The sentences
While there was a clear decline in IBM in all regions in the 40- to 49-year age group, this decline was the largest in the youngest age group in Turku, although it did not reach statistical significance compared with the other regions.
