Cluster analysis of the 18 proteins with the UniProt database showed a clear trend towards molecular functions and biological processes related to protein synthesis, including ribonucleotide binding, nucleotide binding and cellular homeostasis, that comfirm the points that accumulation of proteins happen constantly during cytoplasmic maturation [ 7 , 13 ].
