Under cyclic tensile strain, at frequencies ranging from 0.3 Hz to 1.0 Hz, the proliferation of TDSCs showed a trend of increase at first but later it showed a trend of decrease, and the most obvious stimulation effect was observed at 0.5 Hz; an identical trend was observed at amplitudes ranging from 2% to 8%, and the most obvious stimulation was found at 4%.
