There were no changes to gene expression that achieved genome-wide significance, although the analysis revealed two genes with nominally significant expression changes ( P ∼ 0.01 before correction for multiple hypothesis testing), including MUC4 and HRC that were induced 1.8-fold and 1.7-fold, respectively.
