Raloxifene was associated with a statistically significant difference in follicle-stimulating hormone based on a treatment by sex analysis and a trend towards significant differences in prothrombin time and anti-thrombin III (see Supplementary Table S1 for details); however, these statistically significant or near-significant changes with raloxifene treatment were determined to not be clinically relevant.
