A significantly elevated age- and calendar year-SIR of all-cause cancer incidence was noted for female patients (1.19; 95% CI, 1.07–1.33), but the elevated SIR of all-cause cancer incidence was only marginally significant for male patients (1.09; 95% CI, 0.99–1.20) (Table 2 ).
