There was a positive trend when we analyzed the correlation between grading and sEGFR levels; patients who presented with a G3-NSCLC had lower values of sEGFR (47.5 ng/mL) as compared to patients with G1/G2-NSCLC (56.2 and 54.2 ng/mL), although this difference did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.082).
