The AUC by ROC curve analysis for VIE demonstrated significant improvement for detection of >50% coronary stenosis in LAD compared with CCTA (0.99 vs 0.60, P < 0.001), with improved performance in LCx and RCA, although this did not reach statistical significance (0.98 vs 0.84 for LCx, 0.77 vs 0.77 for RCA, P = 0.07 and 0.96) (Figure 4 ).
