The third most relevant SNP in the ABCB1 gene, rs2032582, also showed the expected behaviour according to the literature and our previous data in other series of solid organ transplant patients: the T allele showed a tendency to be associated to increasing blood Tac levels ( Figure 2 B) [ 18 , 19 , 20 ], though here again the data did not reach statistical significance, and in this case none of our patients had the TT genotype.
