At much higher pH o such as pH o 9.0, 9.4 and 10.0, the potentiation of D110N was greater than that of WT but did not reach statistical significance ( Fig. 4B2 ), and the potentiation of D112N/D114N was smaller than that of WT ( Fig. 4B3 ) without reaching statistical differences.
