Glycemic Control HbA1c level was slightly lower in CSII + Lira group at the end of the 12-week follow-up compared with CSII alone group but did not reach statistical significance (6.0 ± 0.5% versus 6.3 ± 0.7%, P = 0.325), with similar proportions of patients who achieved HbA1c ≤ 6.5% (73% (11/15) versus 94% (15/16), for CSII alone group and CSII + Lira group, resp., P = 0.146) ( Figure 3(a) ).
