The relaxation rates show a clear trend: Since photoconductivity data demonstrate a substantial charge transfer from nano-Au to PZT, with the highest efficiency in ITO/nano-Au/PZT ( Fig. 3c ), we suggest that the nano-Au−PZT charge transfer may be responsible for speeding up the relaxation of the high-frequency spectral component in nano-Au/PZT hybrids.
