However, it is noteworthy that, although not significant, a clear trend towards reduction in GSK3α/β phosphorylation was seen at 90 s in the presence of PD0325901, and this may explain why inhibition of ERK activation by PD0325901 also reduces platelet aggregation by CLEC‐2 stimulation.
