As a sensitivity analysis, we repeated the analysis in the ASAS+cohort with the outcome defined by the cut-off values derived from the entire DESIR cohort (change in BASFI ≥4 or BASFI at 24 months ≥36), and the results of the logistic regression were very similar, except for baseline ASDAS CRP ≥3.1 that did not reach statistical significance anymore (p=0.054; data not shown).
