This resulted in dataset of 239 entities [45 in HILIC ESI(+), 41 in HILIC ESI(−), 127 in RP ESI(+), and 26 in RP ESI(−)], where the compounds having FDR corrected p value <0.05 were considered as statistically significant differences between control and case groups, whereas those with uncorrected p value <0.05 were regarded nominally significant.
