Recordings of CMAPs from mice injected with AM2 IgG (which showed no weight loss) revealed qualitatively similar results, but the trend toward amelioration of the CMAP decrement in the MuSK‐EGFP‐expressing muscles did not reach statistical significance (Fig. 6 C).
