Patients with a CT or TT genotype had a 28% (±5% SE) 3-year recurrence probability compared to 40% (±5% SE) for patients with a homozygous wild type CC genotype, although this association did not reach statistical significance (HR: 0.66; 95% CI, 0.41–1.05; p =0.077).
