Diarrhea was significantly high in the once-daily dosage group after treatment, but the increase in the twice-daily dosage group did not reach statistical significance. However, no patient dropped out of the study due to chronic diarrhea, as the diarrhea continued for a maximum of 1 week and none of the patients were hospitalized for diarrhea treatment.
