Levels of MFN1 showed a trend toward an increase in vehicle-treated gp120 tg mice compared to non-tg mice (Fig. 6a , d ), and treatment with FK506 significantly increased levels of MFN1 in gp120 tg mice (Fig. 6a , d ). mtHSP70 was detected as a single band at approximately 72 kDa (Fig. 6a ).
