As shown in Figure 4A , although the difference did not reach statistical significance, TERT promoter mutations were associated with lower 2-year OS rate in the patients receiving both radiotherapy and chemotherapy compared with TERT wild-type (34.3% ± 9.8% vs . 52.6% ± 5.9%, P = 0.092).
