When we considered all different miRNAs in aggregate for each patient group, we found that there was a highly significant difference between NDAN subjects and both MCI and AD patients, confirming a significant pattern of decreased levels for all measured miRNAs in NDAN contrasted by a pattern of increased levels in MCI or AD patients.
