On the secondary efficacy measure, change from baseline to Week 8 in SDS total score, numerically greater change was noted in the levomilnacipran ER group (−8.8) compared with placebo (−8.2), but the difference did not reach statistical significance; similarly, numerically greater, but not statistically significant, differences were observed for levomilnacipran ER on additional efficacy measures ( Table 3 ).
