We found that the frequency and amplitude of mIPSCs in the rescue mice showed a strong trend to increase when compared to the other genotypes, while the decay rate trended lower ( Figure 5A ), although none of these changes reached statistical significance when analyzed using a one-way ANOVA with a Tukey posthoc test ( Supplementary file 1 ).
