Log-rank analysis demonstrated that during the observation period, tumor bearing mice subjected to 1.5 mg/kg CPA-7 ( P = 0.036), but not 0.75 mg/kg, had significantly higher survival time than vehicle controls, though dose of 0.75 mg/kg showed a trend to increase the survival of the tumor model (Fig. 2c ).
