Consistent with previous reports, heterozygous carriers of R19X or IVS2+1G/A variants had significantly lower serum triglyceride levels than non-carriers; triglyceride levels in A43T carriers were lower than the mean non-carrier value, but this did not reach statistical significance because of the small sample size.
