We also found that in the 21 eyes with superior-temporal RNFL defects (10,11 and 12 o’clock) tended to have thinner superior-temporal mGCIPL compared to glaucomatous eyes without localized RNFL defects, but the difference did not reach statistical significance (62.8 ± 11.1μm versus 67.6 ± 11.2μm, P = 0.104).
