Patients with CG+GG genotypes of PNPLA3 and patients with EK+K genotypes of TM6SF2 had higher prevalence of NASH (70 and 76% vs 30 and 24%) and of Fibrosis ≥2 (53 and 71% vs 47 and 29) in comparison of patients wild type, but data did not reach statistical significance possibly for the low number of cases.
