The median PFS in the non-MRI group was 7.0 vs 10.6 months in the 5-ALA/iMRI group, but this did not reach statistical significance ( P =0.19); the extent of resection was a strong predictor of PFS (HR: 1.45, 95% CI: 1.061–1.971), but neither iMRI nor 5-ALA was a strong predictor of PFS.
