Among women, both urban residents (age-adjusted OR 1.6, 95 % CI 0.5–4.9) and rural residents (age-adjusted OR 2.5, 95 % CI 1.0–6.5) appeared to have more depressive symptoms than rural-urban migrants, but this did not reach statistical significance (Table 4 ).
