More importantly, the 10 BCSC-associated miRNA classifier showed a trend of better prognostic accuracy than the 21-gene RS in the 153 HR + HER2 − patients tested, although it did not reach statistical difference (AUC 0.710 vs. 0.685, P = 0.36) ( Fig. 5 e).
