Within U-CLL, EZH2 high cases showed a trend for shorter TTFT compared to EZH2 low cases, though not reaching statistical significance (EZH2 high median TTFT = 1.7, EZH2 low median TTFT = 3.3 years, p = 0.14), likely due to the low number of U-CLL EZH2 low cases ( n = 18) ( Supplementary Figure 8 ) DISCUSSION We recently showed that EZH2 is overexpressed in stereotyped CLL subset #1, a paradigmatic aggressive stereotyped subset of CLL cases displaying a distinctive immune signalling profile.
