NRS data indicated that DOACs (dabigatran, 110 mg and 150 mg, and rivaroxaban) showed a trend toward a smaller risk of ischemic stroke than warfarin with more benefit in the older elderly than the younger elderly (RRs range: 0.85 - 0.85 and 0.76 - 0.81, respectively) [ 9 ].
