Although all results did not reach statistical significance, they reported that men who participated in resistance exercise ≥3 times/week, flexibility exercise ≥3-times/week or walking ≥1 h/day had 53, 30 and 49% lower odds of SO, respectively, compared with no resistance exercise, no flexibility exercise or walking <30 min/day, respectively, after adjusting for age.
