There was a clear trend of increasing metabolic differences in most lipoprotein-related measures across the trimesters, with median percentage difference −9% (interquartile range −13% to 0%) for the first trimester, 34% (interquartile range 28–51%) for the second trimester, and 59% (interquartile range 39–100%) for the third trimester.
