Spearman correlation analysis highlighted strong repeatability of performance scores in the individuals at 24 °C (correlation coefficient ( r s ) = 0.797; P < 0.0001; N = 16), but a similar trend at 30 °C did not reach statistical significance, probably due to lower sample sizes and a lower range of performance scores resulting from delayed mortalities (occurring within 3–13 d) in the early-acclimation trials ( r s = 0.390; P = 0.197; N = 12) ( Table 1 ).
