The extent of exposure, as indicated by area under the drug plasma concentration–time curve from time zero to the time of the last quantifiable data point (AUC last ) and C max , was generally similar between the matched treatment groups (Table 5 ), with the exception of the gMean ratio of AUC last for subjects with severe renal impairment, which showed a trend towards a higher value compared with matched healthy subjects.
