At FU, males had a significantly higher proportion of osteophytes in the MFTJ (12/17, 71%) than females (6/19, 32%; p = 0.019), but this did not reach statistical significance at BL (males: 11/17, 65%; females: 6/19, 32%; p = 0.093).
