While blood glucose levels of the HFD controls were significantly higher at 30, 60, and 120 min after oral glucose treatment as compared with the LFD mice, animals consuming blackcurrant, blueberry, and Concord grape showed a trend for lower peak glucose concentrations that did not reach significance ( Figure 4 B,C).
