Discussion In the present study, the score of sexual function was improved a year after either sacrocolpopexy or sacrocervicopexy, based on the validated PISQ-12 questionnaire, but this improvement did not reach statistical significance even though all participants showed improvements in pelvic floor symptoms and none of them had experienced anatomical recurrence.
