Overall, only one lymph node was sampled in 5 patients in the cohort with selective lymphadenectomy. Postoperative morbidity We found a higher rate of postoperative complications in the group of patients undergoing routine lymphadenectomy (13.63%) compared to the group of patients with selective lymphadenectomy (8.69%), but this difference did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.36).
