The results of cooking skill confidence showed no difference in any of the confidence constructs between those attending 5–6 sessions and the whole group but some of the confidence constructs in those attending less sessions did not reach statistical significance in 5/12 constructs, thus attending more sessions is more effective in increasing confidence and should be considered as an important requirement when planning and implementing cooking interventions. 3.4.
