DAPT also significantly attenuated avoidance responses (treatment, F 1,13 =5.13, n =7–8 per group, P =0.0413, repeated two-way ANOVA; Figure 3c ), although the DAPT-treated group showed a trend to enhanced intertrial crossing behavior ( Figure 3b ), showing that DAPT treatment did not reduce basal activity of the mice.
