Diagnostic plots of measured concentrations versus predicted concentrations ( Fig 3 ) and weighted residuals versus measured concentrations ( Fig 4 ) showed a trend of the measured concentrations being higher than the predicted concentrations by the endocarditis model for concentrations above about 10–12 mg/L.
