The rest of the confounding variables showed no significance in the binary logistic regression model (all p = non significant). The mean tumor size in HPV-positive tumors was larger (30.53 mm) than in those HPV-negative (28.37 mm), though the difference failed to reach statistical significance ( p = 0.395).
