Among patients ≤48 years old, PCS scores increased significantly from baseline to years 2 and 3 (adjusted CFB: 3.15 [ P <0.05] and 3.42 [ P <0.01], respectively), whereas CFBs did not reach statistical significance for patients aged >48 years.
