Discussion Results showed that when the direction of the DC current matched the direction of the electrical field induced by iTBS (posterior-anterior), there was a qualitative increase (19%) in the after-effects of iTBS alone (iTBS-TDCS SHAM ) that did not reach statistical significance, as well as a slight qualitative increase in “responders” rate.
