Although a higher proportion of patients in Group B were positive for CA199 tests (63.5% vs 77.4%, P = .185) with a higher mean value of CA199 levels in Group B patients (393.5 ± 628.1 vs 613.7 ± 706.0 IU/l, P = .144), this difference did not reach statistical significance.
