In addition, patients in this cohort with prostate cancer containing a genetic alteration in Cdk5R1 (p35) had a significantly reduced disease-free survival following treatment ( Supplementary Figure S3 ), and a similar trend was observed for drebrin and Cdk5 although these latter two proteins did not reach statistical significance.
