This is similar to a study done by Arowojolu.[ 21 ] This is in contrast to study by Kaslick et al .[ 25 ] in which gingivitis patients having a larger percentage of AB types and a smaller percentage of O Types, and the periodontosis group showed a trend toward more A and B blood groups and a smaller percentage of O groups than the controls.
